Facilitation techniques help you provide clarity and enablement

In our Agile Team Facilitation training the you will learn to be a great facilitator in an Agile context. You will learn how to plan, facilitate and follow up on workshops and events belonging to Agile frameworks – and how to provide neutrality and integrity while doing that

We expect you as a participant to have an experience level equal to a practising ScrumMaster or team facilitator.
