The Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) can help you to determine and understand the maturity level of your organisation. This enables actionable steps to be taken that will implement the appropriate Kanban practices that will help take the organisation to higher maturity.

The key topics covered in this course include:

• Determine the maturity level of an organisation in terms of observable behaviours, management practices and business outcomes

• Define the right approach to lead the organisation to the next level of maturity

• Determine and appropriately implement the Kanban practices that will help the organisation deliver better on customer expectations and internal objectives

This class is delivered using techniques from Accelerated Learning and Training for the Back of the Room, which maximises the retention of the participants. This training is not a lecture format, where a teacher talks and participants listen. It is a fully immersive and interactive learning experience.
